Cookbooks are written to be used, which is why so few survive in good order. Below is what we hold today: general cookery, baking, vegetarian and regional books, food writing, and a shelf of titles published before 1990. Stock sits in London and New York and changes daily.

If the cookbook you want was your grandmother's and nobody can find another copy, that is normal. Send us the title and we will look for it.
